I would give this company zero stars if that were possible. I ordered 2 cases of peanuts. After 2 days of no shipping notice, I emailed to ask when my order would ship. No response but I did get a shipping notice from UPS the next day. Unfortunately, only one of the cases was shipped, so again I emailed and again I got no response, but I did get a shipping notice from UPS the next day for the second case. When this case arrived, the box was all beat up and the "case" of peanuts was busted open and there were peanuts all over inside the box. Both cases turned out to be thin plastic bags, not cases. This company never responded to any of my emails and apparently the shipping department is poorly run as well. I just posted this same review on their website and it is pending approval. What you want to bet that it doesn't get posted???

Tried placing and order and it was immediately canceled. The dont answer their phones or return messages. They never responded to emails. I had to file a dispute to get my money back, and now I'm being spammed with order "deals". I beleive this site may be a scam.

I ordered 6 12-oz bags of in-shell almonds for my parrots. One of the bags was fine, but the almonds in the other five bags were of very poor quality. Many of the almonds had no shells at all, and the others had shells that were extremely thin, and that looked as if the outer layer of the shells had been removed. The size of the almonds in the five bags was also quite small compared to the ones in the one decent bag. I wasn't able to deal with the issue right away, and when I did have the time, I discovered that their return policy is quite strict; complaints have to be made within 7 days of receipt, so I now have no recourse. I sent an email of complaint, and I will definitely never shop there again.

I was looking for Large Golden Raisin. They sell it as "Raisins Jumbo Golden Seedless". It arrived packaged in Chili, small golden raisin. Maybe it's good, I didn't open it. I want to return it. There is no way to reach any of the customer service indicated on there website as to be used for return, either phone or email. And the phone number gives you a weird spiel: woman's screams and loud music.

I tried to order several times, it won't take my credit card and the phone number never works. What's the point in having a company.

Wish I could give zero stars. I purchased two items and was charged for both. They cancelled one of the items but did not refund my money. I emailed back and forth was someone named Sandy until she stopped corresponding. I sent an email to their main address with no response. I would steer clear of this company if you don’t want to be ripped off. I plan on disputing the charge with my bank so I get the funds back. I shouldn’t have to do that!

The site doesn't even allow reviews so I am not sure where they are getting the 4.9 stars on google reviews. While the product was ok, and arrived quickly, I was missing 1 bag of nuts. When I emailed them I got no response. After 7 days I emailed them again and stated if I had not heard back from them in 7 days I would proceed with a charge back. I got a refund for the missing bag of nuts within 30 min of sending the email. I would suggest just purchasing bulk from your whole foods store. It costs a little more but you pay the extra in shipping anyways so it works out about the same. Nut stop just lost a customer. I don't recommend based on their terrible customer service. If they can't get a simple order right or contact you about errors, send missing product. I will buy local from now on.

The first thing that an online shipping company has to do is get the customers address. I filled in my address and placed the order just to see that the address had the street, city and state listed in the incorrect order. I confirmed that is was correct in the account info. I called to explain and the woman had an ATTITUDE and said I would have to email someone else and they would get back to me. She said they know the addresses get transposed and are listed incorrectly. They called me later to ask for my address since it was wrong! I don't have time for multiple calls and emails to place a simple order. IT dept can fix this in seconds. Just not worth the time and energy it takes to place the order.
