I have placed orders for “Roasted Giant Whole Cashews Unsalted” for one year. My last order placed June 13,2026, was received, however, they were “Lightly Salted.” I have spent $2,400 (…the cashews are $57.24 for each 4 pounds bag) in one year for my orders of cashews. Occasionally, they offer 10% off my order. I called customer service talked to Carla Caceres to let her know that I received “Lightly Salted” cashews, instead of “Unsalted;” and that the label said, “Unsalted.” I gave Carla the Lot #114688, and she said they still have Lot #114688. She requested a photo of the mislabeled cashews, which I emailed to her. It didn’t make much sense, because she could have opened a bag of the cashews, Lot #114688 and tasted the salt l, that my son and I tasted. We order in bulk, and it is often one or two weeks, before we taste the new batch of cashews. Carla agreed to investigate and contact me. She emailed me and said, that she was unable to help me, because it had been over five days since my delivery; and she would not be able to make an exchange of the cashews now. I persisted regarding exchanging the cashews, and she agreed to investigate further. I contacted customer service numerous times, and Carla Caceres and Meghan Shannon refused to allow me to talk to their manager; as they continued to say, that their manager was on another line. I left numerous voicemails, and no one has responded. “MISLABELING A FOOD PRODUCT” IS VERY SERIOUS, BECAUSE OF ALLERGIES, OR PHYSICIAN’S DIET FOR A PATIENT (WE MUST AVOID SALT). The expiration date on the cashews is June 13, 2027, which is plenty of time to have exchanged the cashews. I have filed a complaint with the FDA, because a “MISLABELED FOOD PRODUCT” of the ingredients can be very DANGEROUS! BEWARE, WHEN ORDERING FROM “SUPERIOR NUT COMPANY-NUTS IN BULK,” BECAUSE THEIR FOOD PRODUCTS MAY BE MISLABELED. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING THE FOOD PRODUCTS! I plan to go to our local FDA office and let them taste from the unopened bags of cashews, for documentation, in case I decide to pursue this matter. BEWARE OF MISLABELED FOOD PRODUCTS AT SUPERIOR NUT COMPANY-NUTS IN BULK!

I contact them 5 times over a period of many weeks, asking them to reveal the country of origin of their bulk organic sunflower seeds, but they never responded. Yet they continued to send promotional offers the entire time. They cannot be contacted by phone The lost me as a potential customer. I found the identical product with country of origin clearly stated, for a similar price.
