Ilianna changed my life, plain and simple. I’ve suffered from digestion issues for most of my adult life and tried many different methods to manage acid reflux, bloating, headaches and gas. I’m very active and athletic but began having difficulty retaining muscle mass so I changed my diet. The result: Gallstones! I next adopted a pesca-vagan diet and things got worse because I couldn’t sleep from all of the carbs. Ilianna supported me through another diet change, educated me through the quagmire of vitamins and supplements and results were life changing. Nearly every symptom I had disappeared and in 3 months I regained 8 pounds of lean muscle and feel better than ever. Thank you, Ilianna! -MD

I started working with Ilianna after receiving unsettling blood test results from my primary care.  Within two months of working with her, I have never felt better.  My triglycerides went from 572 to 148.  Before my LDL levels were so high, no numbers were detected.  Currently, my LDL levels have dropped to 145.  Those amazing changes in my blood work came from the nutritional plan and functional medicine protocol that she catered to my health goals and lifestyle.  Ilianna is super supportive, compassionate and her wealth of knowledge is irreplaceable.  I highly recommend Ilianna if you’re looking to improve your health.

Highly recommended!!!!! Over the years I have struggles with all sorts of allergies between food and environmental. I came to Ilianna struggling with stomach bloating pains while I ate, feeling fatigued even with the right amount of sleep and always feeling like I was in a constant fog mentally. She guided me with proper foods to start getting the inflammation in my gut down so I could start absorbing the nutrients in the food I was eating, along with supplements to support immunity, digestion and detoxification. Ilianna was available for any questions I had during this whole process. I will say I absolutely reached out a lot in the first month. I had questions about which foods where ok to eat, as well as how my body should be reacting to supplements, she was always right there to guide me in the right direction. I was never left in the dark to figure it out. She took my case very serious and made me feel extremely comfortable explaining even the most uncomfortable things. What I love about this program is it’s sustainable it’s not a diet that you give up on after a few weeks it’s truly a life style. I’ve been working with Ilianna for a few months now and I can truly say I feel amazing. My bloating and stomach pains are gone, my allergies have improved tremendously and I have energy! I would highly recommend Ilianna for anyone looking to make a positive change in there bodies and lifestyle

I meet with Ilianna While starting fertility treatment, the goal was to have a healthier weight before pregnancy. When I went into this appointment I was a little apprehensive because of previous experiences I had with other providers. Ilianna, is amazing, she listened to what I had to say, she went over my entire history and was able to help me determine why I had a hard time loosing weight. And the best part, I never felt judged and was completely comfortable during our meetings. We, came up with a realistic meal plan, vitamins that help with my digestion, and for the first time I was able to have a real plan that works for me and my family and with real food (no gimmick diet) and was able to loose over 30lbs. She has continued to be a support system for me, and truly a genuine, caring person.

Ilianna has been absolutely amazing to work with. Regardless of your goals, she will help you achieve them with a plan tailored to your needs, as well as to your lifestyle. She is compassionate and understanding, and I can not recommend her enough! Thank you for everything, Ilianna!

Ilianna with Nutritional Artistry is awesome! She's always available and so incredibly knowledgeable.

I have tried many different plans to loose weight and begin a healthy lifestyle! I didn’t think it was possible until I was introduced to illianna! She is exactly what I needed to help me reach my goals! When I first met illianna December 2019 I weight 218lbs, I took Prilosec daily to help with my heart burn and acid reflux and I had been trying to loose weight for years. Now, end of March I am down to 195lbs, over exceeded my first goal of getting under 200lbs, I haven’t taken Prilosec in MONTHS and have no issues, and I continue to see a difference. She changed my life! What I love most is her availability. She is a text or phone call away. I highly recommend her program!

I have worked with Illiana for years, she always listens and is so patient and kind. She has helped me reach all of my health goals in such a positive yet effective way. She’s one of the best!
