I recently purchased a 12 lead ekg book from you. You sent me the book in zip form. I have called your company several times and all I get is a busy signal. I would have never purchases anything from you, if I had known before hand that reaching someone to help me resolve this issue would be so difficult. As well, I sent you an email concerning this matter and no one has responded back.
