Got one test bank, but the second one I never received. I called, emailed for two weeks straight no answers or anything. Buy at your own risk. They are over priced and not customer service savvy. I purchased from somewhere, else reliable, with a chat feature at half the price. BEWARE!BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I've paid $38.00 for a book test bank, but haven't been able to download product and have sent several emails to the company. I have not receive any response from them or anyone representative. I think I've been scam with $38.00 purchased.

I order a test bank for nursing fundamentals to practice test questions. Instead, I received a File with Powerpoints that I could not open. Also on the File were answers to questions but there were no questions. I've reached out by phone and email to this company and have yet to receive a response. I've also filled out their refund request form and still no response. stay away from this fraudulent company

The test bank never downloaded! I can never access my account thereafter. I kept sending an email to reset my password and never received a response!
