I loved this course! I learned so much about acupressure and how I can put it in applicable practice for patients, families, and staff I care for in my position. Not only did I learn major acupressure points but ways to help certain issues like pain, digestion, fatigue, and so much more. We practiced points and covered scenarios to help me learn what's best for patients. I am excited to add this to my skills!

Nurses seeking to broaden their understanding of holistic nutrition will benefit immensely from this certification. As a fertility consultant and hormone health coach, I have personally witnessed the immense benefits my clients have experienced from the knowledge I acquired through Dr. Ruiz's teachings. Her course is not only engaging and insightful but also highly practical. I believe this invaluable information should be an integral part of the nursing curriculum. As nurses, many of us lack fundamental knowledge regarding the vital role of nutrition, herbs, and supplements in aiding patients/clients with chronic illnesses.
