Order never received
Order was placed and paid for but never arrived. Tracking information was never supplied as is regular practice with online ordering. When I finally reached out to inquire about order status, I got no response when I tried emailing the vendor. After the email listed didn't work, I used their "contact us" form directly on their website and although it was a slow reply, I did finally get a vague response with a tracking number and claim that the order had been delivered " a long time ago", no specifics. I tracked the package myself using the number provided from the vendor and got a message from USPS that the tracking number was invalid and there was no tracking information available. I shared the screenshot of the message on USPS website with nursery plant and never got a response. I reached out again to follow up, nothing. Reached out again and only got the same response with the same tracking number, "it has been delivered a long time ago" and that the "guarantee of [my] order was expired." I only replied with my dissatisfaction with their service, I don't expect I'll be hearing back. Horrible service, lack of communication, and lack of transparency. Will never purchase from this site again and would highly advice against anyone else purchasing from this vendor.
