My reports have been smooth as 25 yr. Macallan. The Price of free for all this content is wonderful, and the ability to customize has legit helped step up my nursing game. I think it's amazing how Nursejanx offers 100% totally FREE report sheets. This is amazing for me because I am a brand new nurse and I am just trying to find a good report sheet that fits to me and my unit and what will help me be more organized.

As a new grad nurse, the SBAR format is the best way to communicate all the important items about each patient. This report sheet is thorough and helps me to pick out the things that I really need to pass on to the next nurse. This report sheet is great!
