First I thought it was a bait and switch and then they were going to try to charge me, but, no. It was absolutely free to download. Really love the simplicity of this handoff report sheet. It will definitely help with handoff shift change reporting to be more accurate and to the point. Thank you so, so much. I can't wait to share this with my coworkers at work.

LOL! Yeah, these sheets are great on an individual basis, but it's even better when everyone on your unit (or even hospital) starts using them because they're all structured in the same flow which makes handoff smooth AF!
