I asked about a number and it came back with no number found and I put in my mail waiting for something to happen but got nothing I’ve just been looking at the reviews and I’m more confused now because half the people saying it’s a scam and the other half saying how brilliant it is but like all things new it will either sink or swim.

The person you said is assigned to this number is wrong

So disappointed NumLookup is as deceitful as all the other "totally free" phone number lookup platforms. Just experienced a sudden death in family and am trying to ID persons the deceased scribbled in a notebook at her bedside. Only provided ID for one number, two other numbers had no info, but then NumLookup finally stated the "free" service is over for now!! Never mentioned this upfront!!! How sad you appeal to prople who look up numbers for entertainment, not for serious matters.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. Their usefulness'of the site sucks. I only got results for the numbers I tried about 10% of the time. Then I started to be billed, and they debited my bank card for twice the agreed amount through double bill of the normal amout on one day and then again for the same amout the next day. I canceled the account after asking for the double billings for three months. Then today I got billed for the previously cancelled acount again. You can assume that I am not a happy camper.

Hi Mike, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and understand how you feel. After further investigation, we discovered that you had created more than one account. When you emailed us, the account associated with the email was canceled but the other accounts were not as our support staff were not made aware that you had created multiple accounts. Since the other accounts that were created by you were still active, you got billed for them. We have gone ahead and cancelled all accounts and refunded your money. Please reach out to us for any additional questions. Regards, NumLookup Support Team

SCAM. I never signed up for this service. I have called and emailed, but there are no humans to cancel the fraudulent subscription. The automatic email says sign in and cancel which I can’t do because I didn’t make the account or subscription.

Hi Abbey, Upon further investigation, we found that our support team had requested some additional information from you via email on July 2nd (your card's last 4 digits and expiry date) to help us locate your account, cancel your subscription, and process your refund. We noticed that we didn't receive a response from you until July 31st, which is completely understandable—it's easy to miss an email or not have time to reply. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have gone ahead and canceled your subscription and issued full refund. Kind Regards, NumLookup Support Team

It's not free. The one or two lookups are free but after that they want money. Yet they claim it's totally free. B.S.
