NueMD enabled me to go from out-sourced billing to doing it myself. The training was excellent, and the support team is responsive, both to phone calls and instant messaging. Posting of payments is easy to follow and understand, as are statements. I tried another billing company as part of an EMR package and quit within 2 weeks because posting was so convoluted, and it was difficult to know for sure paments and adjustments were applied correctly. Scheduling is easy to read and "clean" compared to other companies I looked at. I can work anywhere there is a secure internet connection. I highly recommend NueMD.

Our office staff has been through and tried may programs and by far this is the easiest and up to date program. We are currently using the billing portion and is awesome.

I really like the ease of use of NueMd. It's very user friendly, you can navigate easily, it's readable with no problems. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. I love it!

Lately it has been running very slow; other than that it is a good system to work on.

I chose Nuemd because it's non cloud based technology. When I need help, a person answers the phone, not a computer. My trainer is always a phone call away with a solution for my problem. With that said I still hate EMR, but this company has made the process easier than many other offices I have spoke with that have other programs. Just when you learn what the government requires, a whole new stage hits you and you are back learning all over again. Thank you Nuemd for not letting me completely lose my mind and always ready to help.

I am an LCSW in private practice and own a counseling center that employs 13 people. We have been using NueMD for several years and have also recently contracted for EHR, even though Mental Health is exempt at this time. This program is easy to use, clear cut, has great report making capabilities and the support staff is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about NUEMD.

I have used NueMD for 3 years now and i promise it is the BEST system out there. Easy to use and function, i would recommend this system to EVERYONE !! I have used other systems and nothing comes close to NueMD. !!!!

We use multiple different software's as a billing company and NueMD is my favorite. It is straight forward and easy to use. It may not have all the bells and whistles that other software's offer but you can always make suggestions and we have even seen some of our suggestions come to life!! I love that it is internet based and with every new release it's a better product. No need to update as your always on the latest version.
