This is just another bait and switch company that quotes one rate and then jacks up the actual amount when it's time to pick up your vehicle. Eric said this via Email: Here’s how we work: Realistic Pricing: We base your quote on current market rates that carriers are actually accepting. This helps ensure your vehicle gets picked up within your preferred timeframe. Transparent Process: No hidden fees, bait-and-switch tactics, or unexpected charges. What we quote is based on real-world conditions and carrier availability. Carrier Network: We work with a vetted network of insured, experienced carriers, so your vehicle is in good hands from start to finish. Hands-on Support: I personally monitor your shipment, keep you updated, and am always available to answer questions. Well, not true at all. Gave me a rate of $500 then changed it to $650 when it was time to sign the contract. He never ONCE followed up with me after I gave them their $150 deposit. The guy that picked up the car barely spoke English. The dispatched told me it would be delivered around 2 pm. Didn't arrive. Called the dispatcher again. Traffic issues so now delivery at 4:30 pm. Didn't arrive. No phone call. Called the dispatcher yet again. 7:30 was now the estimated time. The car didn't arrive until after 9:30 pm. The gentelman getting the car was totally freaked out and was convinced the whole thing was a scam. Then, after delivery we found out the driver broke the gearshift. A miserable experience and Eric is nothing but another bait and switch guy.
