NSS Lending, LLCReviews of nsslending.com

Neil did a great job at having patience with me! This was my first hard money purchase so I’m learning as I go along and he taught me a bunch! Getting the appraisal was difficult but we hung in there! I definitely look forward to working with him again and will refer him to others as well! Overall great experience.

The experience was amazing!!!! Neal and Teri Made the real estate lending process extremely easy. They also help me increase my credit score from 535 to now a 689 in no time.

Excellent team work. Thank you!

Neil & Terr are amazing to work with. They helped me success during a time in history when most lenders couldn’t get the job done. That is a true testament to who they are. The strength of the relationships they’ve cultivated with lenders and investors over that years; along with a tenacious “Can Do Attitude” is the perfect formula for success. During the process, at no time did I feel as if I wasn’t going to closed. I put my trust in them and it paid off BIG! I went from not closing to, we can we you closed in 2.5 weeks. Trust me, You won’t be sorry with this team. If you're looking for a loan and want to work with a team that knowledgeable, thoughtful, hardworking and place you in a position to success and close on a deal, look no further than Neil and Terri with NSSLending. They provided excellent service from the beginning of the process until the very end. Working with them was easy and straightforward and I can’t wait to do it again.

I had a great experience working with Neal and Teri. They were efficient, thorough and courteous and helped me get a quick close on my property before the clock struck 12! Rock stars all the way, I highly recommend them and their company.

I'm a newer investor closing on my 3rd real estate project. Neil and Terry helped every step of the way in securing the best financing option for me, even with the lending crunch caused by Covid-19. They were extremely knowledge, personable and quick to answer any question that arose. I plan on using them again and highly recommend for any financing options!
