NSS Lending, LLCReviews of nsslending.com

Our experience with Neal & Teri was top-notch. We had a financing situation with some challenges that they committed to seeing through and we couldn’t be happier with our level of service and their commitment. Neal & Teri were responsive, professional & took the time to keep us informed right up until the loan was funded. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for financing assistance.

Neal and Teri at NSS lending are great to work with. When other lenders say no I find they can usually come up with a solution on the hard to fund deals. As a Canadian I find them to be a great source for financing deals for foreign investors. They are also very responsive, this is very refreshing. Most Brokers will never answer a call or an email after 5pm. NSS seems to always answer my calls and messages even on the weekends! They are open for business 7 days a week! Great company to work with. I recommend them.

I am so thankful for NSS Lending. I was buying a property that was difficult to finance and when I was out of options, NSS got it done. They were easy to work with and always quick to reply. I would absolutely work with them again.

Working with NSS Lending, has been really great. They assisted me and my colleague with getting a Manufactured Home Funded for a client that no one else wanted to touch(fund).

After weeks of being incorrectly guided by a different broker, we found Neal and Teri with only a few weeks left and 75k in escrow. They made a difficult foreign loan happen in a tight timeline with minimal stress. This won’t be the last time we happily use NSS lending.

Working with them to purchase a investment property has been a great experience, they are quick to get you the needed docs to get your contract accepted. They make it easy, especially if your new to using a lender like them. I plan on using them for my next investment.

Our office works with Neal and Teri from the closing side and they are absolutely amazing to work with and such nice and friendly people. They make your day brighter every time you talk with them :)
