This deal was challenging to say the least, 3 lenders because there was an adu on the property, the lawyer I hired screwed up the deeds, twice!!! But Neal and Teri helped me get this done finally! Huge thanks to them and their team they’re the best they hung in there for 14 months with me on this one. I would told me I’m done months ago but they didn’t.

Whew-Wee that WAS challenging for sure, but that doesn't scare us--we would NEVER say we're done! When we started this process, the as is value was $150K. Then14 months later something amazing happened---new lender, new appraisal $265K!!!! Cha-Ching! 💲💲💲 NOW that was worth the wait! You should thank that attorney for screwing up. LOL 🤣 Let's do it again! Teri & Neal

Easy Peasy! (This time)😁 I like to say getting projects funded is like being pregnant. Sometimes it's a cake walk right to delivery, other times it's a nightmare, but in the end, you'll be happy you ended up with a beautiful new baby (property). 🤣 LOL! Let's hope the next one goes as smoothly. Teri & Neal
