What a roller coaster ride! No deed recorded, title company fiasco, courthouse visits, but we prevailed!!!! 😁 So happy we made it to the finish line. How doesn't the saying go? 'It's not where you start, it's where you finish'. 🤣 And we sure did finish! Thanks for your patience Javien. We're ready for another ride! Teri & Neal

Impossible?! Damn straight! 🤣 We've never told an appraiser they were wrong and had them come back with a higher price. That was A-MA-Zing if we do say so ourselves. Ha! So happy it all came together for you. Let's do it again! Teri & Neal

Thank YOU Kimberley!! This was one of those loans that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped 😒 with the lender changing terms last minute, but we got it done! Your patience and communication were so appreciated; really loved working with you! Neal and I excited to be a part of helping you build your Albany IN portfolio! Teri & Neal
