These guys came through for us even after our first loan was canceled at last minute. Through the process they kept true to their word and got us funded. Thanks NSS Lending for all your help and look forward to the next deal!

The NSS are truly professionals in the lending space but thats not what sets them apart. I have looking for the right deal for over 3 years and they always were there to provide me support, quotes, and most importantly feedback/guidance. They told when to walk away from the table. They didn't give up on me. Once the deal was found their numbers didn't change at the last minute to include hidden fees. Its such a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend if you don't like games and double talk!!

Yes! Yes! Yes! No emotions, it's just about the numbers. Have the sense to walk away; super glad you understood that. Clearly, we don't make any money telling you no, but we do hope we establish trust. Thank you for the kind review--it means everything to us. Let's do it again soon! 😁 Teri & Neal

Teri and Neal are the greatest lenders you will ever deal with. They are always available for answering newbie questions, very generous about guiding the clients from start to finish. They are a true blessing for Canadians investing in the US market. We would be helpless without their guidance. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in the US market.
