Thank you Alejandro! Goes to show you, when everyone and everything is 'on point' things move FAST, FAST, FAST! 9 Days to get the clear to close is how it should always work, unfortunately, not everyone is as on point as you were. We really enjoyed working with you and look forward to doing many more deals in the future! Teri & Neal

Working with Neal and Teri was an absolute pleasure. My case was relatively complex as this was a rural property, but they stuck with me and got a deal done! They were communicative, responsive, and were there to answer any of my questions. Really couldn’t ask for a better team.

I have been working with Terry and Neal for well over a year now acting as the lender on numerous real estate transactions. I have noticed that they really go the extra mile for all of they're clients walking them through each part of the loan process and addressing any questions along the way. They are able to work efficiently as a team to ensure they're borrowers are providing all documentation needed throughout the loan process to meet each closing date on time. Working as a Loan Officer at one of the nations top Real Estate lenders It is critical to have partners like Terry and Neal who feel like they are part of the team. I highly recommend going to them with any and all Investment loan needs

NSS Lending has been extremely successful in helping our clients find the correct loan options. We work with many real estate investors in setting up their legal structures and our clients always need a good broker/ lender. They have funded many of our clients and really go above and beyond, they even answer calls on Sunday and late at night! They truly care and are very knowledgeable. We cannot thank them enough for the time and effort they put in on a daily basis. Thank you both!

Laura--thank you so much! We are doing our best to get your clients the least expensive private / hard money loans available. As for weekends and evenings--of course! It's our believe that when you have questions on your mind, you want answers now, not days from now. So yes, we try to make ourselves always available. Thank God for cell phones or we'd never get out from behind our desks! 🤣 Teri & Neal
