Scam company. I signed up to their website as I saw a Facebook advert for 100 Free Spins upon depositing £25. I had to email them in order to credit the spins as they denied that the offer was valid. Upon them crediting the spins I attempted to withdraw my winnings (approx. £70). The withdrawal went through, all money left my NRG account but no money arrived in my bank. A week later I email them and they say I did not meet the wagering requirements, even though about £40 of the £70 was my initial deposit + winnings from that (not from the free spins). I informed them of this and asked them to release the funds back into my NRG account so I could wager the required amount. I heard nothing back until I sent another email, whereby they suspended my account and have had no response from them since. Absolute farce.

Listen to all the reviews. They are absolutely crap. Spent nearly 100 got 2 bonuses won less than a tenner each time. They make you laugh these corrupt sites. They are def rigged. Please stay away you will not win anything

From first view this don't deserve one star you can't contact customer services there sign up offers that podium bets etc tell you , you will get you never get them. Never seen a betting site with no address or live chat or number before sets off a red flag the company is usa based and even if you wanted to make a complaint you can't as the gambling commission only gets involved if you get a response of the company so many red flags to a possible fraud scamming site

I should never have registered nor deposited here. Horrible site, terrible cheap games, poor payouts on every game I played. No live chat. Avoid. There's far better out there.

Deposit £20 won £300 then they suspended my account sent all evidence in heard nothing absolute robbers avoid

I deposited £200. Then a further £300. My account was then suspended & I was informed I could not play. I am waiting now for the £300 to be returned to my bank account. I can't understand why they let you sign up. Deposit then close your account. Very suspicious in my opinion.
