£130 down, never won big since 2019 Never withdrawn anything at all

Been betting on this site for a good while. This week, however, I had some decent wins, kept withdrawing then carried on gambling. They then asked for proof of identity documents which I sent. Won £200.75 and started a withdrawal then I got an email back from them to say they were going to cease trading with me. Tried to log into my account and got a suspended message. £200 75 is probably a drop in the ocean to them but it's not to me. Wish I'd read all these negative reviews at the start. Gambling companies only entertain you when you're losing. Woe betide you if you start winning! 14/07/25 Still no response either from them or their parent company and my account is still suspended. 31/08/25 No response to my questions. My account has now been closed by admin without an explanation.

Do not use these! After depositing I went on to win £1,200 when I went to sign on I was unable to saying my account was suspended. I received emails saying I need to show documents after doing so my account is still suspended. We had a couple of emails back and forth but all has stopped now I’ve sent 10 emails and not received one back. They are scammers beware!

So after my timeout from this casino a thought i would give it another go! So went through the procedure,emails/and phone calls to be told ok the account will be up and running in 24hrs! Tried logging in they even dont know why i cant login😂,They cant even work there own site! Absoloute shambles,how they still operate is beyond me.

Hardly no wins at all and no free spins or anything given being a loyal customer not even an account top up like other casino may drop a £10 in your acc definitely not this site .
