Avoid avoid!!
I am quite new to betting and I opted for a promotion with NRG to bet £20 to receive £10 free credit. In error I put £10 on and immediately realised my error and went to cash out. I could only cash out £8.50, odd given the race wasn't for another 24 hours. I placed the other £10 on same horse same odds. I contacted customer service to ask they honour the promotion given it was a genuine error and they told me no chance. They won't give goodwill out as it is against gambling rules apparently. Lies they are just cheapskates. I have made an error with a other bookies and they honoured it with no issue and were very kind. Don't touch these jokers or should I say thieves. As I said NRG, enjoy that £20 as will be last you will ever get from me. Not a good way to run a business
