AVOID!!. I ordered two seaglass Robin ornaments early in December. The first problem appeared when they charged me more than the total shown when I clicked pay. I immediately contacted them about this asking for a refund and a cancellation of the order. They refused. Instead I have been sent many tracking updates in which the contents of my order seem to vary. I cannot check my order online as my account is blocked with no explanation. My order still hasn't arrived (and I'm not holding my breath on that). If it does i will update the review. I have also spoken with my bank about potential fraud. UPDATE The order eventually arrived. Unfortunately the stained glass robins i ordered turned out to be pieces of plastic with kingfisher pictures stuck on. Total scam

Placed an order for a stained glass robin and received a plastic dog instead. It was supposed to be a gift for my wife at Christmas but it was to late to return, I asked for a refund and they pretended that the item was not from them then blocked my account so I could retrieve details. Absolutely shambolic behaviour, please don't order from this 'company '

Placed an order and got an order confirmation email but that seems to be all I’m going to get. The response to an enquiry as to when if ever my purchase will arrive was treated to a bland response bordering on insolence. The item has now according to just one tracking notification been in transit for weeks. By camel train from Outer Mongolia maybe ☹️🐫

Charged the wrong price when I hit "Submit". Emailed immediately and tried to cancel only to be told it was too late! Next I got sent a "tracking code" for the item which I could check on "tracking-hub.com" which is a fake site also... Just got onto my credit card company to chase. AVOID!

Stay away from this company I have been SCAMMED!! My order was over a month ago, no delivery, no response from my emails after requesting a refund. I shall be reporting this company.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered some presents, paid and nothing arrived. Tried to get money back and failed. Total scam. Site should be taken down.

My partner ordered a set of scales from this company on the 30th of August. They gave tracking details which ended when they said the item was in Manchester on the 27th of September. I have been exchanging e mails with them, mostly daily but getting nowhere, with them failing to address all requests made for a refund or details of the complaints department. Stay away from this company, I have clearly been scammed.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a charred wooden Bourbon glass from them & am still waiting for it after 2 months! The first one seem to get lost after a month, they then promised a replacement which has still not arrived & they seem unable to give me a tracking number for it. I have now requested a refund numerous times & they have totally ignored my request. Just keep saying be patient. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
