Does now.gg even care about the people that use their website? Just based of my own experiences I say, No, no they do not.
Honestly, this website is getting worse all the time. The ads were and are annoying, yes, but after a while I got used to them. The problem is the fact that recently, you decided to bring back the proxy detection feature, something I thought was gone for good. You see, half of the people who use your website are on a proxy/vpn. And if you're a student who has a school laptop, like the device I am currently using to write this review, you know that it blocks everything in existence. BUT NOW with the new proxy detector that deems all of them "unsafe", and your official proxy that you made won't even work at schools. And can you guess why? Yup! You guessed it! It's Blocked. Good job! Now no one can actually use your website and enjoy their favorite game in their browser! (well, proxy browser) What really annoys me the most, however, is the fact that they have a feature for messaging now.gg with problems. Yeah, if there's a problem with the lag spikes caused by the ads while playing in a proxy and you report the issue, they blame the proxy, all while emailing you the SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE EVERY SINGLE TIME. And, if you don't use a proxy to access now.gg and a similar problem occurs and you report it, do you know what they do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING It's kind of ironic that they would have a feature for reporting issues, yet do nothing to fix said issues. at this point, I don't care about the ads, or the lag, or the terrible--I mean, NON-EXISTENT troubleshooting team I just want you to make it so people can use it on a proxy again. You people only care about making money, and not realizing the consequences of your actions. Writing this is probably pretty pointless as well, as, one, they never read these reviews, and two, we all know for a fact that Now.gg will NEVER own up and fix their mistakes.
