now.ggReviews of now.gg

charged for 1 month of premium no refund, no answer to ticket, can't play any game at all gg good service

it won't let me play the games I like called adopt me

Every time I get on the game, it assigns me to to a new server, crashes, and keeps muting the audio when I leave a game on Roblox. Fix this glitch

Before now.gg used to be a great website with very few ads and pretty good graphics but now I don’t know if their in debt or smt but they are shutting down servers pretty often for 1-3+ days because they are trying to lower the quality while adding more ads.And it used to be so good.

the absolute worst site on the internet

I used to love using your site back a few years. But then you made it so we have to pay for everything. I hate it. You would be better off getting more players by making things free again. And most things you are making us pay for have original versions for free like Roblox and poppy playtime chapter 1. And your Ana AI is no help. She just says What can i help you with and then says she cant answer our question. Just make your games free. your company wont do well without it with there being free versions of games your are charging money. Fix it now. Goodbye.

VERY slow and laggy, ruined my experience. and chat didn't work, plus it made me lose because it did things that I didn't actually do!

i used to really enjoy playing on now.gg but now they charge you to play games that you can access for free on mobile by downloading them from the playstore or appstore. i understand that they have pointed out using ads cannot cover the funds to stop lag in the games, improve performance and make better servers however the reality is that people can access all the games they provide for free through other means and i was perfectly content with ads and a little bit of lag, including a majority of other users. even though there were complaints about ads, i think the complaints concerning the paywall should be taken into account and that they should provide a free option alongside the payed option. their service is absolutely appalling too and they don't consider any complaints made at all. i would have given them five stars before the changes but they changed things for the worse. i'm incredibly disappointed.
