Form NowForm Now is the on-demand 3D printing service from Formlabs. Upload a CAD file, see the price on screen in seconds, choose your material and finish, and we print the part in our own US factory and ship it to you. No login required. Two industrial technologies, both run in house: SLA resin printing when finish, fine detail, and tight tolerances define the part, and SLS nylon when it has to survive real use. More than 20 materials are live today across rigid, tough, flexible, glass-filled, and elastomeric grades, including Clear and Color Resin V5, Rigid 10K, Tough 1000 and Tough 1500 V2, Flexible 50A and 80A, Nylon 11, Nylon 12, Nylon 12 GF, and TPU 90A. Every material lists real mechanical data, so you can choose on engineering grounds instead of guessing. Order 1 part or 1000.Formlabs designs the printers, the resin, and the powder, so your parts come off the same machines and chemistry our engineers validated. Printing, washing, curing, support removal, and finishing all happen under one roof.Customers reach us from a few directions: FDM shops that need SLA detail or SLS strength without qualifying a new process first, teams already printing in house who want overflow capacity or a material they don't keep loaded, and engineers with a CAD file, a deadline, and nobody on staff who specializes in 3D printing. The work is design validation and fit checks, jigs and fixtures, bridge production, replacement parts, and low volume runs of end-use parts.Drag and drop STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, SLDPRT, CATPART, and a dozen other formats. Your files stay confidential, you keep all rights to your models, and our standard NDA is available on request. We ship anywhere in the United States except PO boxes.See how easy it can be to get professional grade 3D printed parts today!

Fast, cheap, and high quality. Didn't think it was possible to have all three, but I'm at the point where it's fast and cheap enough to get a final version of a part printed and delivered before I get a chance to even print it myself. I haven't touched my 3D printers in months

I ordered three 3D prints from Formlabs to help me with a DIY fix for a home appliance. The prints shipped the next day after ordering, arrived quickly, and were great quality! Happy to report that the DIY fix worked wonderfully. I wouldn't hesitate to order 3D prints from Formlabs again.

Great experience for a novice who is looking for custom prints. Great communication from the team when there was an issue with the model and the product came out great overall.
