Now and Zen Inc.Reviews of now-zen.com

I tried to order a clock to replace ours that broke. The website kept freezing but I finally placed the order (and luckily took a screenshot). I got no confirmation so tried to reach the company by emails and phone (left voicemail). There was no response for 4 days. Finally got an email saying if I didn’t get confirmation, the order did not go through. No offer to help, no explanation, no info about where my credit card info went. I asked for more info and was told they don’t ship to New Zealand (I’m in Canada). I reminded them that they shipped to me before, and was told would not sell to me!!! I’ve since read some recent reviews and it seems that their customer service and product quality have hit a new low!

I used to love the products from this company, but in recent years I have had nothing but trouble with them. I ordered a beautiful alarm clock, the same as one I have had in the past, and it was so mall functioning that I had to return it. After a long time and repeated correspondence they sent me a new clock. This one didn't work either! It seems to me that the quality of their products has gone way down. It's certainly not what it used to be. Since they couldn't respond within a decent time nor send me a replacement that worked I eventually asked for a refund within the framework of their money-back guarantee. Nothing. Silence. No clock, no refund, nothing! It's now two years ago since I started this purchase and I'm still trying to get my money back! So if you don't want to end up like me, be careful with this company. A very sad story indeed.
