Zero stars. I purchased what was supposed to be ‘BetterAlt’ shilajit (as per their website) from Noveltynose before seeing a one star review from another buyer. I too received an unbranded product that tasted sweet whereas pure shilajit has a bitter taste so I believe it to be fake. Noveltynose customer services were contacted and asked for a refund but they said I had received the correct product. I will therefore be reporting Noveltynose to the FTC and FDA. May I suggest that anyone else that has also received counterfeit products from Noveltynose report them and make sure that you flood social media with your negative experience when buying / dealing with them.

Zero stars. Advertised as betteralt on insta. It's fake shilajit which is dangerous to consume. Wasn't the same thing as advertised. Back and forth with customer service and didn't get anywhere. I told them to stick it and I definitely won't use them again. Please avoid and don't make the same mistake I did. I found the real stuff on eBay eventually.
