Lisa Taylor was competent
Lisa Taylor was competent, friendly and responsive. She even called my Dealership to assure them any charges would be paid. I must say that I have been very pleased with customer service thus far and look forward to a long term relationship with Nova. This time the only reimbursement is for the car I had to rent. Once again, I want to express my gratitude to Lisa.

PROTECTION FOR A WELL MAINTAINED 10 YEAR OLD CAR.
I have a well maintained 10 year old car in excellent condition with low miles. I love my car and would like to keep it for as long as possible. I wanted to have a piece of mind in the event my car would need any unexpected or expensive issues. I spoke to and compared many auto warranty entities. For the most part they were pushy and much more interested in making a sale rather than taking the time to explain their services and my concerns. In many cases they would actually omit information. When I contacted Nova I spoke to John Baker whom I immediately felt comfortable with. I called him multiple times and each time he would patiently answer all my questions and concerns. I decided to purchase Nova's Superior 5 years/100,000 additional miles auto protection plan. I would definitely recommend speaking to John Baker at Nova if you are considering an auto protection plan. Peter
