I signed up for a warranty on my 2015 Audi A3 Premium Plus(85K miles), with Endurance, because they had the highest review rank of the companies Inhad seen on TV, internet, etc. But it was nagging at me afterwards, that a company called Nova, was Ranked #1. By A lot! So after pressuring me and telling me the price would go way up if I waited and called back later, I went with the endurance one. Only because the guy said I had 30 days to cancel and get my money back. The next day, I called Nova, and got this guy named Nick. Nick did not pressure me, nor did he bad mouth Endurance. What he did do, was eloquently, and calmy sell his warranty and point out exactly where their warranty was different from Endurance. After talking to Nick(Like a friend at my kitchen table), for about 10 minutes, Inhad already made the decision to go with Nick and Nova. My plan used OEM Audi parts, and the limit per repair is NADA trade Value! Wow! Coming from the car biz, my whole life, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!😂Naturally, Inasked if that NADA value was the aggregate amount for the life of the plan, and Nick says, “No, that’s per visit!😂 it is far superior to the Endurance warranty, But Nick, was even more Superior to the Endurance Salesman. Not only Would I Highly Recommend the Nova warranty, I recommend calling Nick Holden even more! A+++, 10/10, and 5 Fat Ass Gold Stars!

Lucus MIller was awesome helping me setup my new extended warranty from NOVA. He was very knowledgable and patient. Very low pressure and positie attitude. I hope the warranty is as good as he is!

Furthermore, the Senior Account Representative, Lucas Miller ... who assisted me in establishing my Vehicle Service Contract ... was incredibly patient and exceedingly helpful. His professional insights and knowledge, timely inputs and anecdotal perspectives were invaluable to my decision-making process.
