Mr. Lucas Miller, Thank you for being so patient with me regarding my many questions about my account. Throughout all of our telephone discussions you were always very professional and a gentleman. Without hesitation I would recommend Nova Warranty by you taking ownership of my concerns as if they were yours. You answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Employees such as yourself make your company second to none. It is with additional gratitude that I would like to mention Lisa Taylor, who also assisted me. Please forward this letter of appreciation to your supervisors and your Personal jacket or Humane Resource division. Thank you, Kurt Kotrady

Update: 12/10/2024 One of the things which is important in business and within the marketplace is being able to get a response to questions and issues that one experiences in the course of business. So I wrote my review of Nova above asking questions about legitimacy and after-the-sale satisfaction if in case one needed to use their warranty services. I questioned their legitimacy and other reviews, partly because I didn't think that they had (1) sent me a finalized copy of my policy and (2) I had never gotten a response back from Jason Hunt, my salesperson, when I tried to contact him to get a copy. Today, Mr. Timothy Sampson, of Nova, contacted me and discussed my concerns. It was a good discussion. I am feeling much better about the company and my investment in their services. Tim followed up in response review. It turns out that they did email me a copy of the policy and for whatever reason, I missed it. Now, thanks to Tim, I have it and it is all signed and so we now have a legal contract between us. We also discussed my questioning the positive reviews and asking if anyone has actually had favorable large item repairs done that Nova took care of satisfactorily. He said that they do have them and that the positive eb ones are legitimate and that they, Nova, do not fake them. I am taking him at his word. I liked the tone of his voice and I believe him. And we also discussed the truth that you can do one hundred things right in business and no one will talk about it but if you get one thing wrong, suddenly it is world news. So I am satisfied that Nova is who and what they say that they are. But I want to ask all of you, their customers, to do all of us a favor. When a business offers goods or services and does a good job, then talk about it. Business can be tough. People who do a good job deserve to be rewarded. Not just in the money that you pay, but also in the word-of-mouth department. Word-of-Mouth, friend to friend, is the best business advertising in the world. So if you have had to use the Nova warranty services after you purchased them, tell us about it. If they are good at what they do and they keep their word and honor their contracts, then spread the news. Do it here on TrustPliot and elsewhere. Good advertising for good companies improves the marketplace and it filters out or serves notice to the businesses who are careless or not honest that they will have to up their game to stay in business. When you post a good review, you help everyone trying to make a good buying decision. :-) My thoughts... My original review and questions are below: I spoke with Jason Hunt about getting a vehicle warranty plan for my 2019 F150 Ford Truck. Prior to that I read the online reviews both Nova and Endurance and several other companies, plus I also called to of them for quotes and more information. I did sign up with Jason for a 150,000 mile policy, about $4500. But then afterwards I realized that I may have been snookered by this company. I was a little bit alarmed because after signing up and paying the money, I never really got a finished copy of the contractual agreement from Nova, even though I sent emails to Jason asking for one. He never responded back. That made me question my purchase decision. So I went back and re-read the reviews online. At a second reading, they look suspiciously like one person wrote of them. Not the reviews here on Trustpilot but other ones that are on their website and out in the marketplace. Reading down through the reviews here on Trustpilot I see many excellent reviews about the sales job being done by Jason and the other Nova reps. I see only one good review for an actual air conditioner repair and two others about claim denials, with one of them resulting in the car owner having to shell out over $9000 after paying over $6000 for the policy. So here are the questions and what we need here: Has anyone actually put the Nova warranty to the test for a transmission or engine replacement or some other major expense item "covered" by their policy? And did Nova come through for you. Please share the details. If not, also share those details. It doesn't do any good to have a "policy" if the company will not stand behind what they are selling. All that 99% of these reviews here say is that the Nova sales people do an excellent job of selling their policies to end users. The real question is does Nova actually pay for repairs when you need them. Those are my thoughts...

Jason Hunt listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. I love the fact that Nova does not have a bunch of pushy, commissioned sales reps. They have hired good employees that take care of the customer. Thank You Jason for all you did for me.

From a customer perspective, John Baker is simply the best. In a world where trust and transparency are hard to find, John embodies both. In searching for Auto Extended Warranties, I spoke with a lot of different companies. In most cases, the thought of dealing with a disabled car seemed preferable to dealing with the company/company rep. High pressure tactics and ambiguous language was the norm. Within 2 minutes of conversation with John, I knew it wasn’t going to be like all the others. John was patient, thorough, and spoke in terms my wife and I could understand. He let me ask questions until I ran out of questions, and never tried to cut me short. In the end, he didn’t exert any pressure, and didn’t need to. His interaction and the product he offered me spoke for themselves. I hope you realize how valuable John is. When I purchased another car, I didn’t even call any other companies. I just texted my information to John and had a solution within minutes. In today’s world of phone robots and impersonal interactions, John still provides what customers want, but can rarely find. A real human being with patience, empathy, and clarity.
