Brooke was absolutely exceptional to work with. From the beginning, she went above and beyond to help me understand the warranty options and make the right decision. She took the time to compare different plans in detail, explain the differences clearly, answer every question I had, and follow up consistently throughout the process. What impressed me most was how much effort she put into building confidence in the product rather than simply trying to make a sale. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She even worked with me on pricing and made sure I understood how the claims process, coverage, and exclusions worked before I committed. That level of service is rare, especially when dealing with something as important and potentially complicated as an extended warranty on an exotic car.
