I cannot say enough good things about my mentor, Alexis Clarke, and the impact she’s had on my journey through Novae. From the moment we connected, Alexis has been nothing short of amazing—professional, supportive, and fully committed to helping me grow into the best version of myself as a credit repair specialist. She provided not just the tools and knowledge I needed, but also the motivation and mindset to pursue my goals fearlessly. Thanks to Alexis and the Novae platform, I’ve been able to gain confidence, build my business, and take meaningful steps toward lasting success.

Alexis Clarke is my mentor and leader. Her tenacity for excellence is inspiring and I have learned so much from her. She has introduced me to another world where I know my financial dreams can come true. She is a hard worker and I am delighted to have found her.

Mrs. Kenya Lee was so polite and helpful. She explained everything to me in great detail and sounded very knowledgeable and professional.

My experience has been enlightening. It made me take action to repair my credit. I have been wanting to do this for a while, but felt embarrassed for mistakes that I have repeatedly made. Growing up and not learning about financial literacy until being an adult really hindered my growth. Shetika Davis and Damon Ivory were awesome! They explained the program to me which opened my eyes! I signed up on April 14 and mailed out my letters to the 3 credit bureaus on April 15th. I am excited and waiting on my results! Also there were things on my credit reports that should not have been there.

New breath on life !! The stressors of my past are no longer holding me back thanks to Novae and the amazing work of Chanel Daniels! Thank you Chanel for your professionalism, intelligence, empathy and great personality. I'm back on track and all thanks to you !

Chanel Daniels owner of Novae was just super responsive and very understanding of my situation as far as what services I needed. She explained every option of credit repair; she gave me clear instructions on how to make this process run smoothly, things to avoid & also be patient with the process. Just in this short period of time I know I will be in good hands with Novae.
