Bought 2 items 45 days ago still not arrived, shipping status hasn’t changed in 2 weeks when the last update said it was only 6-7 hours from my address.

I ordered multiple units of a game that I wanted to give as a stocking stuffer type gift for this Christmas season. The order took way over a month to arrive. When I opened the package, every single unit had been damaged in transit. The game storage tins were dented to the point that some of the lids won't even stay closed. It would be embarrassing to give them as gifts, as they are damaged goods. When I contacted customer service with my complaint, they said it had been too long, since the original order, and offered me an $11 discount on an order that was closer to $100. I wish there was an option to post a photo of what I received with this review. Unacceptable.

I ordered 2 sweaters. took a month to come in, when the sweaters finally came in it were 2 completely different sweaters. the colour was different and the whole pattern was different. I contacted them and sent pictures along with it as proof of what i ordered and also of what i got. they said 'the warehouse says we sent the right thing' and then they tried to compensate me with 6USD (i paid 50USD). Plus; the sweaters that they did sent were of bad quality.

I ordered five games. One was damaged. Another was missing four dice.

I ordered two of your games, one was perfect. I gave it to a friend she loves it. My game pieces were smeared, had pieces that were backwards, like an F. And some pieces were in small case letters like an L and backwards. One was b and the other a backward and small l.
