NoteBurnerReviews of noteburner.com

Please, please, please, provide an updated version that is much faster. Converting files in a time that is longer than the original playing time is unacceptable!

Just downloaded the trial version and tried with spotify. It does not work at all :(

Windows user - Still no update from this group - over a year has passed since a functioning update. Blame it on COVID or whatever, I just feel it's been too long of a wait to get Noteburner back to where I can rip the DRM out of movies so they can be watched on other platforms. When movies rip, only the audio shows up, no video. I rolled back my itunes as requested twice. Redownloaded the movies and it still won't work.

Firstly, they claim you can remove DRM from you iTunes Movie purchases. They hide in the fine print that you have to use an OLD version of iTunes. It does not work AT ALL on newer versions of macOS - a detail that again is hidden in fine print. When I first purchased it, it worked on my Windows 10 system for a while. Then an update cause it to crash on launch. A later update fixed that, but now when you convert iTunes video files you only get audio output, regardless of the setting. Customer support is virtually non-existent. I sent an email about the app crashing on launch and didn't get a reply for months, which basically said it's a bug they know about and to use an older version. MONTHS! This software is a waste of money and the company seems to only exist to con people into buying software that doesn't work as advertised and then pretend to not exist when you request a refund. Do not give NoteBurner any money.

Would give 0 stars if possible. After repeated attempts to get help- I requested a refund within 48 hrs of purchase. 6 weeks later they now won’t return email.

NotesBurner iTunes DRM Audio Converter First let me say the conversions work. However, many of the tags are missing. The last version that worked was 3.1.7. Since then the Composer, Album Artist and Comment are missing from the output. I have provided numerous logs, but I suspect this will never be corrected. NotesBurner iTunes DRM Audio Converter Update: I received a reply from Noteburner today, stating a new version had been released that fixes the problems. I found no new version. The last update was June 17 2020. This version did not retain the tag information. Disappointed, so the original post is still valid.

Tried with latest itunes and doesn't work. Tried with 12.9, still no go. Only audio, no video.
