Itunes movie converter will not work…
Itunes movie converter will not work anymore on my Windows OS. This has gone on long before COVID with no updates, but the conversion only brings in the sound. There is no movie and it used to work just fine. The work around they offer - install an earlier version - failed and didn't work either. The other reviews giving this app a 5 start rating, and they say this app is useful, must be friends and family of employee's and not actual users.

Hi Scott, We are sorry to tell you that NoteBurner M4V Converter Plus for Windows doesn't work properly with iTunes 12.10.2 or later yet. Currently, please downgrade your iTunes by referring to the Q16 on this page: https://www.noteburner.com/faqs-m4v-converter.html#q16 Please re-download the movies with the old iTunes before conversion. Terribly sorry for this issue again and our developers are still looking for another workaround on this issue.

DO NOT USE FOR SPOTIFY!
DO NOT USE FOR SPOTIFY! Spotify banned my account for doing this. I luckily got my account after being honest and polite with them. Otherwise it's a great converter and converts to high quality MP3 files. Though be careful!!

BEWARE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
BEWARE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! They take your money, then, the program doesn’t work. Despite numerous messages to the support team, they just keep saying the technical team haven't found a solution yet. This was 3 weeks ago and I only paid for 1 month's subscription to try it out. Now they have just disappeared. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of money and time!! Once they have your money, they don’t give a damn!!

Noteburner M4V Converter Plus is useless meanwhile
I used Noteburner M4V Converter Plus for a while, starting on MacOS where it was working just up MacOS Sierra (years old meanwhile), MacOS 10.13, 10.14 and 10.15 is not supported. Changing to Windows, there I made similar experiences. The software support ends with iTunes 12.10.0.7. But this won't help for long any more, because more and more movies require iTunes 12.10.8 at least, so Noteburner M4V Converter Plus is dying, because no update is in line since 2019-12-30. Hands off, save your money and avoid frustration!

We are sorry for the inconvenience that have caused you. Unfortunately, the M4V converter is put on hold for any further updates, but our other softwares are still up-to-date. And if your order was made within 30 days, we can provide a refund for it.
