I was weary at first because I don’t know much about tech and a friend of mine suggested this converter. I got it and it worked and has continued to work and improve because of the updates. I have used Noteburner two years now. I recommend Noteburner because it’s easy to use and will get you what you need.

WE LOVE THIS APP
The support team at Noteburner is known for their quick response, great support, and a "can do" attitude, persistently working on an issue until it is resolved. Having utilized Noteburner for approximately seven years, I consider it the best suite of audio converter software available. I currently use it to create backups in FLAC Lossless format on a USB pendrive, intending to play them in the car. This approach overcomes Apple's restrictions on playing non-Apple-connectable audio from your Apple Library. I highly recommend Noteburner for its reliability and functionality. In case of any issues, reaching out to Yeong at Noteburner via email is a reliable way to receive prompt assistance.

I've subscribed to Noteburner since…2019
I've subscribed to Noteburner since 2019.
Recently, I was having issues with the updates because they wouldn't load. I contacted Noteburner about the issue and Yeong assisted me with the issue, however, I was informed that I no longer had a subscription with Noteburner since 2019.
Yeong asked to have the files from the Noteburner downloaded so he could see them. Unfortunately, for some reason the files wouldn't download.
According to Yeong they do not have my name on their subscription list or any files about my subscription. I am truly puzzled about this.
I will need to re-subscribe to Noteburner.

Quick response
Quick response. Great support. Sticking with the problem until it was solved was the "can do" attitude of the support team.
Note Burner "version 2.2.4" is the one I stick with -- WHY? Because 2.2.4 let's you rip "hidden" (greyed out / de-listed) albums. Let's say, for some reason, DIR EN GREY's album "Uroboros" got removed from Spotify. The album becomes de-listed, which means you can't play it on the Android App. ~ BUT, it still exists on the SERVER. Using Note Burner 2.2.4, you can STILL rip "de-listed" albums. Later updated versions GOT RID OF THIS FEATURE. Yes, there is occasional issues of some audio files having wierd little pops, but you can edit those out using the Auto Heal in Adobe Audition. I would much prefer that Note Burner brought back the feature to rip HIDDEN albums.

Hi Kitsunegi,
You may be using the "Intelligent Download" or "YouTube Download" mode on NoteBurner. If so, NoteBurner may match Spotify songs from YouTube, then download songs from YouTube.
So that's possibly the reason why "there is occasional issues of some audio files having wierd little pops".

Sadly. Noteburner is now against Spotfy's T's & C's To Use
Sadly, it appears Noteburner cannot be used for downloading and converting Spotify Content.
Today I was 'suspended' from using Spotify and whilst they wouldn't tell me why I was in breach of their Terms & Conditions, a 'pleasant' email exchange with Spotify elicited this response to the question: -
Is using a tool such as Noteburner now in breach of Spotify’s Terms & Conditions?
The reply: You can continue using tools like NoteBurner on your device, as long as you're not downloading and using any of the content available on Spotify.
