NoteBurner keeps breaking spotify. Every time I try to run it, either the sound in spotify doesn't work anymore or it won't start up. And it never completes any downloads, I only get corrupt files

I have the m4v iTunes converter. It is crippled after High Sierra. Yet, they continue to sell the Mac version which is totally useless now. Stay away from all m4v converters. The Chinese haven’t found the work around High Sierra. This means that their programmers have reached their limit, and are not mentally capable of reverse engineering Apple’s new OS. I warned you! They don’t work with High Sierra, and they still have the balls to sell it under Mac. It’s criminal.

What NoteBurner does it technically illegal; no legitimate program would be allowed by Spotify or iTunes to do what this program does. The money Spotify and iTunes would lose would be absurd. Think about this program logically, it's not big amongst DJ's and has no significant individuals endorsing it. In addition and most importantly - it doesn't take a genius to realize that Spotify and iTunes would not allow local downloads of their products (songs) to be converted and saved in an external UNENCRYPTED format aka .mp3, .wav etc. Don't be naïve; read the good reviews, look how vague they are. This means they're likely rigged.

i bought this SCAM product and it didn't work and I had screen shots of the error message and sent them it ... i requested a refund never got it ... its just past the 60-day refund ... BUYER BEWARE .... I'm sure the high reviews are employees

Not only did this product not work, customer service didn't even acknowledge my request for a refund. I gave it one star only because this site doesn't allow zero stars.
