Good job
Good job by the notary. However time taken is considerable for setting up the whole process prior to getting in contact with notary. This should be resolved by the platform by providing live help if technically feasible.

Thank you very much for editing your review! Your compliment is appreciated. I agree with you 100%. I use 9 different platforms but 4 of them actively. This particular platform I only service customers sourced from them ( the platform) I do not bring my own clients to that platform. I too have given feedback regarding it and hopefully it gets better but no offense against the platform, I do not use it for my own customers, only customers sourced by them. The process should be quick and easy, fast. For a simple document it should not take 15 minutes end to end, start to finish. I'm very sorry that the process was so difficult and time consuming.
