Northshoreconnect is software made by Epic Systems, one of the most extraordinarily incompetent companies. Latest mess up after another software update. Now the main page insists on showing lab appointment as upcoming when in fact they are in the past. How confusing can you get? Worse yet they fail to show upcoming lab appointments, or lab appointment reminders that are needed for an upcoming doctor visit. Another incredible stupidity. I needed to transfer my prescriptions from one pharmacy to another. This cannot be done. All they offer is the option of asking for a prescription renewal. On those pages there is no way to remove the current pharmacy and substitute another one. So, the doctor's office is likely to be very confused, since there is no need for a renewal, simply a transfer from one pharmacy to another. There was one tiny space for comments where I tried to indicate what I really wanted, but that is still likely to be clear. Epic apparently has no one in charge of how to make their software usable. No one with ordinary common sense would make this piece of software so poor, so confusing, so terribly frustrating. Even an ordinary 10 year old would be able to do better. I have complained numerous times, but stupidity still reigns supreme at Epic. Epic is the poster boy of incompetence.
