I can't say enough about April. She is a really great person to deal with, offers relevant suggestions and is very helpful. I brought the wine and beer yesterday for our dinner/dance tomorrow and because I have a bad back was not able to help unload the items. She pitched right in and she and Tim did all the work.

Food was delicious and plentiful, Servers were respectful and helpful. Cook was helpful when questioned about ingredients due to one persons allergies. The whole process from reserving the space to picking the menu to settling the bill at the end was made very easy by the graciousness of all the workers

From the moment I contacted April, she was professional, compassionate, and respectful of our needs at our very special time. Your service staff was also fantastic. Smooth, seemless, and accommodating. They were just “there” when you needed them…..their anticipatory skills….outstanding. Our mother, Helen Seier Klucharich was born and raised in Northampton and she/we have been to countless events at NCC.
