Website and Customer Service - poor at best
If you plan on going with this company, setting up an annuity and using their website to manager your account you might want to look elsewhere. Their website is poor at best. The simple task of managing your beneficiaries for example is a disaster. Getting any support to have the problem resolved is even worse. Zero stars in not an option... they're lucky to get one.
