Do not recommend
Do not recommend. I received an unsolicited cash offer letter from North Alabama House Buyer about my deceased grandfather’s estate, mailed directly to my personal home address. I am the personal representative of the estate. I did not ask for this. I did not invite this. I did not consent to my home address being used for probate-related marketing. This practice is terrible. It targets families while they are handling the death of a loved one and packages it as “help.” The letter referenced my grandfather, the estate property, a cash offer, and their ability to help with “tricky” probate situations. To me, that felt invasive, opportunistic, and deeply deceptive. This is not how trustworthy people do business. I would never trust a company that finds grieving families through estate or probate information, sends cash offers to their homes, and frames it as a solution. Maybe this is their business model. People should know exactly what that model looks like from the receiving end. I would not do business with this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone handling a family estate.
