I orderd a Hot Wheels John Lennon Rolls-Royce model from them. It was shipped to me but it never arrived at my home. I reached out to them for help. They asked me to do several tasks on my end, which I did. They told me that I had to put in a claim with USPS as the recipient. I called USPS and they told me only the shipper can file a claim on their website. This company has stopped responding my emails, has not file a USPS claim for reimbursement (that I know of) and won't refund my money or send a replacement model. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE: THEY JUST PASS THE BUCK.

This is a scam, you will get a worthless toy, not the collectors piece you order.

I did not get the Hot Wheels John Lennon Limo, I got some other toy car. It isn’t even a Hot Wheels. Please let me know how to go about exchanging it for the correct item.

It was good, I was kept updated on the tracking. The only bad part was the end of the scarf on Snoopy’s neck was chipped off. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

I was sent a Mickey Mouse phone holder instead of the Snoopy phone holder I ordered.
