Orders take too long to arrive
I order my annual calendars from Nordisco. I am pissed off at them because it takes the calendars so long to arrive! Other vendors manage to get things to customers in a couple of days, but if you want a calendar by Jan 1, you better order at the beginning of December. This year I forgot to order until just before Christmas, and here it is, Jan 7, and no sign of the calendar. Hey Nordisco: Newsflash! Calendars are timely!

They processed my order accurately
They processed my order accurately. When I called them with a question, they answered the phone right away. I might like a little more tracking detail on their website. However, they were so easy to reach by phone that it was not really a problem.
