I dislike all the extras that then come up to say works better with!!! We just been told it's all about the coffee but now I'm in doubt it's going to work and I need it too because of my recent blood results

I dislike how the company is not upfront about the extra products they promote to sell along side the cofffee making one think is the coffee alone going to work.
