Advertised as a free online test, then requested £1.95 for the results. That I agreed to pay, what I most definitely DID NOT agree to pay was the £39.95 subscription charge which was taken from my bank account 14 days later!!! No replies to several emails. In the end I had to contact my back and block my existing bank card to ensure no further unauthorised payments would be taken. The bank has refunded my money and are now investigating Nordicalab/Testlibrary/Testlab and other names this “company” uses to trick people into a hidden subscription charge(s) Absolute total scammers

Ich habe die Pillen auf meine Kosten zurückgeschickt. Daraufhin habe ich 30€ erhalten. Auf die restlichen 49,95€ warte ich noch heute. NordicaLab behauptet, eine Dose wäre geöffnet gewesen, obwohl ich das Päckchen originalverpackt zurückgeschickt habe. Dies ist meiner Erachtens riesengroßer BETRUG !!! Bitte aufpassen. Lt. Paypal bleibt mir nur der Kontakt zur Verbraucherschutzzentrale.

COMPLETE SCAM!!! They got my attention with a 1.99 personality test. Hidden somewhere in the pages of small print was that I was agreeing to a monthly subscription fee for $34.99. I filed a PayPal dispute and was able to stop future transactions but I don’t expect to get the $34.99 back.

After paying a nominal charge of £1.95 you are enrolled into a subscription to be charged £39.95 every month going forward. Contact your bank asap

This is a total scam. After the initial $1.95 fee (which I paid by PayPal), I was informed in fine print that I would be charged $39.95 monthly, like a subscription. I immediately notified the company that I was cancelling and would not be paying. I do not do subscriptions. Today I checked PayPal and I have been charged $39.95. This will take a while to clear up. This is a fraudulent company.

They are stealing from me from my pay pal account I didn't approve!! THIEVES

They are part of subscription scam service. I agreed to ADHD test online for £1.95. I never been able to access results because link was invalid. Week after they stolen £39.95 of my account as apparently subscription fee for service I never was able to log into. Stay away

I have the same complaint as all the others-I was getting charged for no reason whatsoever. All of my correspondence was in English, when I received emails from them, it was in German. Impossible.
