Scammed by the smallprint into paying a significant monthly fee
Response from NordicalabSep 30, 2026
We're sorry to hear this. What typically happens is that the initial fee starts a short trial, which automatically converts into a recurring subscription unless it's cancelled beforehand — we're sorry it wasn't clear for you. Please reach out through our Contact Us page (https://nordicalab.com/contact) with your account details so our support team can look into this directly.

This is totally illegal what this company does. I recently noticed a £1.95 charge for a "TestLibrary 7-day Trial" then a £39.95 charge every 2 weeks against this same supposed "TestLibrary 7-day Trial"

ALERT! This is a scam site. You pay 1.95 charge through Payal for one test and later find the scammers are taking 39.95 per month for no service, nothing, no product, nada. Free money. Theft by deception, by stealth. They even took two lots of £39.95 in one month. I’ve alerted PayPal but they seem zzzz at the wheel. Have emailed NordicaLab - but hold out little hope of refund. Scammers do their rip-off and then run silent and set themselves up under a new name when they realise enough people are wise to their thievery.

I did the free trial then they assured me I was not subscribed to anything, however I have now been charged 3 times over the last month! They agreed to refund one charge but not the other, I've logged this with PayPal as they clearly lied and just kept charging me. Do not use them even for the small trial. Avoid..
