I would give this 0 stars because I was charged for something I didn’t even subscribe to! It’s a SCAM stay away!

I used their Trait profile reporting and paid €1.95 for a week. I realised that they were asking for €35.07 on a monthly basis to continue using the service, so I cancelled the subscription. I did not receive an. acknowledgement, not in my email or in my spam. To my amazement they have now charged me €35.07 via Paypal. I have now cancelled my subscription with them and with Paypal. On a positive note all monies have been refunded.

Avoid this company! For a fee of £1.95 you can get a report on a questionnaire. If you go ahead, a few days later, they automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription of £39.95! This is definitely not made clear and is totally dishonest. I paid by PayPal and have reported this company to them. Looking at the reviews you can see that many other people have been caught out by this fraudulent company.

Fraud. Plain and simple.

Billige Probewoche und plötzlich 39€ an der Backe. Betrugsmasche, die vermutlich easy läuft. Die stecken sich das Geld zahlreich ein und keiner kann was dagegen machen.

Fraudulent. You aren’t told anything about a subscription in the first instance and only when they try to take out subscriptions from your account do you realise. The cancellation button on their website is just a button it doesn’t work. I had to email a specific address and tell them to cancel and refund immediately and that I was reporting them. Money was refunded within 5 minutes. Thankfully it was via PayPal and not my bank card directly. Don’t use.

A deplorable & dishonest company. They offer a report on a questionaire for $1.95 & if you buy it, they automatically sign you up to a $39.95 per month subscription. Of course no one in their right mind would want to subscribe monthly which is why they hide that detail from you in the fine print. Just read the other reviews here. Dishonest & on the verge of being fraudulent. Do not engage with them. I will endeavour to get my money refunded.

Le 30 juin j'ai autorisé PayPal à payer 1.95 après avoir répondu au questionnaire et j'ai annulé le 2 juillet me confirmant que je pouvais annulé le contrat. Je voudrais savoir si je vais être remboursé de 39.95 de ma carte de crédit pris le 7 juillet après?
