I have just found out they’ve been taking money each month from my PayPal . I don’t even have any dealings with them. I did the test and have been hoodwinked. Terrible company . Making money for no service of anything .

Absolute scam/fraud of a company. £1.95 becomes a £39.95 monthly subscription fee starting a few days later without you even realising until the payment has been taken from your bank account.

Be careful with this company, they first tell you things are free, then they make you pay 1.95, and then out of nowhere they charge you 39.95, others are also reporting the same thing. BE CAREFUL

Seems I have unknown to me subscribed £39 monthly didn't know why or how but after looking on here do remember doing a AHD test seems that was the culprit like has happened to many others

Clearly a fraudulent company. They lure customers with a £1.95 psychological test, which is then used to enroll them in a subscription charging £39.95 per month. I acted quickly by cancelling the automatic PayPal payment and opening a dispute. It looks like the issue has been resolved, but I'll wait until next month to make sure they don't attempt to charge me another £39.95.

After paying an initial $1:95 for an Autism test I was hit with a $54 fee that was entirely unexpected.

Absolute SCAM COMPANY. Charged £1.95 for a report then one week later automatically charged £39.95 for one month's membership. I saw the Paypal notification for NordicaLab and managed to cancel the payment and also cancelled my membership before the transaction was completed. Looking back at the email sent with the report attached, it says at the very bottom that it's a subscription and how much will be charged. At no other point did they say I was subscribing to anything - so when I paid for the report there was no mention of this being a subscription. The email says the transaction will appear as Testlibrary.com but is actually appears as NordicaLab.
