NordicLab has been scamming me every month. I only paid once and did not authorize them to take money out of my account again. I am in between jobs, so this is intolerable!!! I'm just trying to keep my phone turned on.

I just realized they have made two unauthorized charges on my Pay Pal account. Dealing with the robot at Pay Pal is a nightmare, I cannot speak to a human. PayPal says "We completed our review of your unauthorized activity case and we've determined there was no unauthorized use." Another Pay Pal email says they have removed the firm from my auto pay! I am as disgusted with Pay Pal as I am with this sham Nordical company. (I did not mean to give them a star!)

As other people have reported, I got sucked in to find my enneagram type and answered a questionnaire after which I was offered the report for £1.95. Thought why not?? Just saw this morning that paypal are about to debit another £39.95, which I *did not* approve. Would never have approved this. Please please avoid. It’s a scam. Not yet resolved the issue as paypal say the debit has to be completed before they can address anything.

Fraudulent. They sign you up to a monthly subscription for £39.95 without telling you, and the £1.95 report was meaningless. Managed to get PayPal to stop the payment just in time.

I signed up believing I was paying for a one-time trial. I was not aware that it would automatically turn into a €39.95 monthly subscription. The recurring payment was not sufficiently clear to me during the checkout process. I only discovered the charges later when I reviewed my PayPal account. By then, I had already been charged twice (€39.95 each). I immediately cancelled my subscription, revoked the PayPal billing agreement, and contacted customer support. They confirmed that my subscription was cancelled, but they did not address my refund request. After searching online, I found that many other customers reported a very similar experience. In my opinion, the subscription terms should be presented much more clearly before customers complete their purchase. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Plötzlich werden 39,95 abgebucht, obwohl der fällige Betrag von 1,95 bereits bezahlt wurden!!!! Achtung Betrug!!!

What RIP-OFF MERCHANTS !!! I thought I was paying just over £30 and they took over £109 via PayPal !!!!!!!! How can they be allowed to do this ?????? I want a COMPLETE REFUND !!!! Or I will go through court to get it ASAP !!!

Avoid this company! I paid £1.95 for a report after filling in a questionnaire, thinking it was just a one-off purchase. A few days later, I found out they’d signed me up to a £39.95 monthly subscription. Definitely wasn’t made clear. I paid through PayPal and have reported the company to them. Looking at the reviews, it seems I’m not the only one this has happened to. Be very careful before buying anything from them.
